We run Driving Standards Agency test training for commercial LGV & HGV and Bus drivers to B+E, C1, C1+E, C, C+E, D1, D1+E and D tests. Lantra-Awards or RoSPA 4x4, quad bike and ATV driver training courses are available nationally with recognised certification. All of our courses are designed to meet the specific requirements of you, the customer.

    Our trainers are all highly qualified professionals, with years of experience in delivering top quality training to drivers in a wide range of environments. We can also send trainers to your workplace to run our 4×4 Familiarisation courses, and undertake 4×4 specific on-road driver risk assessments and train your drivers in how to cope with adverse weather conditions.

  • Comply with legal requirements emphasising safe practice.
  • Identify risks associated with using a 4×4 vehicle off road.
  • Select and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Understand the main causes of accidents.

  • Perform pre-start checks.
  • Prepare the vehicle for use off road.

  • Perform an on-site risk assessment.
  • Identify the loading/towing capacities.
  • Understand legal and practical requirements for off road driving
  • Identify the dangers of vehicle self recovery.
  • Covering H&S requirements, transmissions, and 4×4 specific equipment means that this course covers the requirements for PUWER where vehicles are used off-road. It will also enable your operators to understand the capabilities of their vehicles, including their limitations, reducing incident damage and maintenance costs.
